INGRÉDIENTS
– 1,5 oz GIGI Amaretto
– 0,5 oz whisky or rye
– 0,25 coffee liqueur
– 1 oz lemon juice
– 1 egg white*
PRÉPARATION
– In shaker, poor all the ingredients
– Shake vigorously for 30 seconds with no ice
– Open shaker and add ice cubes
– Shake again
– In a chilled glass, pour through a strainer or without the strainer to serve on ice
