INGRÉDIENTS
– 2 oz GIGI Amaretto
– 1 oz lemon juice
– 0,5 oz simple syrup
– 1 egg white*
– Slash of lemon bitter (Angostura or other)
– Lemon zest
PRÉPARATION
– In shaker, pour Gigi Ammaretto, lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white
– Shake vigorously for 10 seconds with no ice
– Open shaker and add ice cubes
– Shake again
– In a chilled glass, pour through a strainer or without the strainer to serve on ice
– Garnish with bitter splash and lemon zest
